Morning Shift: 0900 - 1130 hrs
Afternoon Shift: 1430 - 1630 hrs

CIs are needed to come down to help out. It'll be a totally different experience to conduct/facilitate badge scheme/course than compared to parades or trainings. It is not compulsory to help out for all days, and both shifts a day. Any CI interested, please do contact me asap! As manpower is needed (Urgently!) Especially for 3 and 4 June.

Hey guys!

I got an idea. We seperate ourselves into 4 groups. Then each group will memorise 1 verse each as in really know it word for word that kind. but then you all also need to know the whole song. It's encourage that Group 4 consist of the taller people.

Group 1 and Group 4 will sing verse 1.

Group 2 sing verse 2.

Group 3 sing verse 3.

Everyone will of course sing the chorus together.

So after verse 1 and chorus, there will be a small pause, group 1 will switch position with group 2.

After verse 2, group 2 will switch position with group 3.

So after verse 3, everyone start moving together as a compact group and sing the last 3 chorus.

During the chorus you all can sway to the left then right. If possible, we can put our hands on each other shoulder. But I'm not very sure about this cos we'll be wearing rank on it).

Anyways, you all understand? I'll send you all the arrangements thru mail coz i cant seem to upload it here.

So if everyone is agreeable, can we meet at 0700hrs at CPFT on monday to comfirm it and probably rehearse once?

Hey people can we discuss our performance item and finalise it before RC2? That way we have one thing off our shoulders and we can also make the neccessary preparations!

I know not everyone agreed to perform but still we can definitely acheive it if all of us just put in a lil effort! dont make things difficult for our squad ICs!:D

I suggest singing a song + maybe a little actions cos its the easiest thing to pull off well in the shortest possible time, and at the same time it can be meaningful as well, so if everyone agrees can we settle for a song and start finding lyrics/song so that we'll be prepared ASAP?

Just spam ideas on the tagboard and prepare neccesary stuff like song sheets by RC2 okay? Let's put in our max effort for the last 4 days together so that we can all look back and be glad that we've done our best!

My Opinion On What Is Supposed To Be Done For LP

Please take note that this is JUST AN OPINION and not WHAT WE ARE TOLD TO DO.

From the briefing, we were told to do 1 personal LP on footdrills and 1 group LP on outdoors. I am sure of this as I have the notes I took down. We were also told to submit our personal footdrill LP by 25th Dec 2008, 2200h which has already past. As for the group LP, each group is only to consists of 3-4 members. I also think that we are NOT suppose to make our own group. From the attachments found in Edwin's e-mail dated 23rd Nov 2008 titled "Grouping list is here", there is 1 attachment showing our names and beside it, the letters A-E are shown under footdrills and the number 1-9 are shown under outdoors. In my opinion, the letters A-E is the topic assigned for our personal footdrill LP while the numbers 1-9 represents our groups as well as topic assigned for our group outdoor LP. This way, each group would only have 3-4 members. As for the topics, you can find it out from the next 2 attachments where the corresponding letters and numbers represent the topic. For example, Cassandra and Yun Jie are under A for footdrills but they are not in 1 group. It just means they have to do a personal LP for footdrills on the same topic. In the other hand, Cassandra, Ashwin, Yong Cheng and Yao Ming are under 1 for outdoors. This means they are in 1 group and are to do the topic assinged.

Once again, this is just what I think we are supposed to do. Please do not follow as this is not what Edwin who has check with other squad and others CII has told us to do. Thank You.
